While personable, Mary was also very professional. The other reps with whom we interacted were John and Tom who did the install. They reached out the day before and the morning of the install to give updates on their arrival. They were extremely polite and clear on the process. Their work was tremendous, including the removal of the old wire shelving and patching the holes in the walls from the old shelving. The install was completed more quickly than anticipated.
