Twin Cities Closet Company recently worked with Bolder Option to create shelving units to store boards games, art supplies, and kids shoes for their new study space in their Minneapolis location.
Bolder Options is a community-based non-profit organization that provides mentoring programs and after-school activities to at-risk youths. They help kids and their families develop the tools they need to succeed at school and at life. Bolder Options engages youth and mentors in goal setting, physical activity, tutoring, and community involvement to build confidence, maximize potential, and encourage healthy life skills.
Twin Cities Closet Company is proud to be working with an organization that shares the same community values as their own.

People Serving People is a family focused homeless shelter that serves the greater Twin Cities area. For over 30 years, People Serving People has been helping Minnesota families get back on their feet and on the road to success. They also offer early childhood development classes and after school programs for children, as well as employment services and education for parents. The ASID Partners of Minnesota were asked to help renovate two of their classrooms for childhood development. We donated the cabinets for the classroom that store all the games and learning materials the teachers need to conduct their classes. We could not be more honored to be helping this great charity and strongly believe in its mission to help at-risk children and their families get the support they need to succeed and return to self-sufficiency. The Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes is going on now through the last weekend in June. This year’s tour features 22 new and remodeled homes from some of the best builders in the twin cities. In each artisan home you can see the craft and attention to detail that goes into each home. This year we were ecstatic to be selected as the closet company for one of the homes in Edina built by our friends at Great Neighborhood Homes. The home is located at 5115 Wooddale Glen in Edina, just across the street from the Edina Country Club. The home is gorgeous and complete with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4,700 square feet, and a 3-car garage. It even has a microbrewery in the basement!
We were thrilled to work with Mpls/St. Paul Magazine and ASID MN Designers for this year’s ASID Showcase Home Tour. This is our 3rd year being a part of the ASID Showcase Home Tour and each year is a little different and each home brings exciting challenges with it. This year’s home is located in Edina on Knoll Drive South, right by the lovely Bredesen Park. Dario and Jeanne Anselmo live here with their three children. The Anselmo’s wanted their new home to have a traditional flavor but with a modern twist by using modern textiles, fabrics, and textures to liven up more traditional European style furniture. We worked with ASID designers Peggy Augustine and Teresa Antonneau of Augustine Interiors on the mudroom and every closet in the house to help the Anselmo’s achieve their goal.
