We do much more than just home offices. We can also do commercial office space planning. Executive Aviation in Eden Prairie asked us to help design and build a new more organized and pleasing office for the Mechanics. Their current office didn’t have much in it. Some old prefab desks and metal cabinets were all that was in the office. They asked us to build more storage so they could hold all the flight records and part manuals while also looking sleek and modern. We built the desks and cabinets out of our Hard Rock Maple melamine and the door and drawer fronts were made with our glossy acrylic material. This gives the office a bright and airy atmosphere while also keeping sleek and modern.
Before: The office just had prefab furniture and metal cabinets to store important documents.
After: Large sliding door cabinets hold flight records and manuals. The glossy finish helps brighten up the office.
Before: The desks used by the mechanics were old and worn and didn’t have any built-in storage.
After: The new desk has file drawers at the front with acrylic fronts and modern finger pulls.
Before: The T-shaped desk served as a secondary workstation by didn’t have much room to work.
After: The shape of the desk stayed the same but its size was greatly expanded to allow more room to work.

People Serving People is a family focused homeless shelter that serves the greater Twin Cities area. For over 30 years, People Serving People has been helping Minnesota families get back on their feet and on the road to success. They also offer early childhood development classes and after school programs for children, as well as employment services and education for parents. The ASID Partners of Minnesota were asked to help renovate two of their classrooms for childhood development. We donated the cabinets for the classroom that store all the games and learning materials the teachers need to conduct their classes. We could not be more honored to be helping this great charity and strongly believe in its mission to help at-risk children and their families get the support they need to succeed and return to self-sufficiency. We recently had an interesting request from a client that lives in a condo unit in downtown Minneapolis. They wanted to have built-in nightstands and upper cabinets to surround their bed as well as a new platform bed with hidden storage underneath it. We also added lots of LED lighting to the unit to make night time reading easier for them.
The client chose a Hard Rock Maple finish to match the cabinets in the rest of the condo. We made the side nightstands deeper to give enough space for their alarm clocks, phone chargers, and photos. The platform bed has 6 push to open drawers as well as a hidden compartment at the foot of the bed. An EcoResin panel, made with thatch fiber, was used to provide the finishing touch to bring the whole project together.
